Catering Manager (Chef)
37 ½ hours per week, term-time only
Start date – January 2019
This is an exciting opportunity for a chef to lead our catering team at the North Lodge site, in providing an excellent catering service throughout the school for students, staff and visitors, delivering high quality, healthy and innovative menus in line with current Government guidelines.
As an experienced chef, you will have a passion for food and presentation, and have the ability to plan innovative menus that cater to the dietary needs and tastes of all your customers.
You will be responsible for all personnel within the catering department ensuring they prepare, cook and present food to the standards required, whilst avoiding unnecessary wastage of food products.
