- Engage learners in the subject by igniting an enthusiasm and passion for Media.
- Make learning interesting and exciting through designing an ambitious and full curriculum – lessons that are planned and sequenced towards building knowledge, making links between lessons and units over time so that learners know more, remember more and can do more.
- Introduce a wider range of concepts, ideas and styles, encourage an appreciation for diversity and a respect for difference, enable pupils to discover new interests and talents
- Create new possibilities by building practical and relevant skills that can be transferred to further & higher education, as well as career choices, so that pupils can take the next step with confidence
