There are lots of people in the school who are there to help and support our students. Some of the key contacts for Years 9-11 at Church Chare are below:
Mr A Finley- Headteacher- Mr Finley is responsible for all students in the school, whether that be students at Lower School, Upper School, the Sixth Form or the Academy of Sport. He is based across both school sites and can be contacted on [email protected]
Mrs A Moore- Head of Upper School (Church Chare)- Mrs Moore is responsible for all students in the Upper School at Church Chare. She can be contacted on [email protected]
Mr J Cooper – Raising Standards Leader- Mr Cooper’s role is to take responsibility for the subjects you learn and the teaching of those subjects. Mr Cooper works across the school at North Lodge and Church Chare. He can be contacted on [email protected]
Mr R Zabrocki- SENDCo- Mr Zabrocki looks after a team of Learning Support Assistants and is the primary contact for anyone with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities at Lower and Upper School. He can be contacted on [email protected]
Mrs J Schofield – Designated Safeguarding Lead- Mrs Schofield’s role is to help keep students safe, in and out of school. She can be contacted on [email protected]
Mr N Roberts – Head of Year 9- Based Church Chare, Mr Roberts will support Year 9 students throughout the year. He will focus on student achievements, behaviour, work and enjoyment of school and is the primary contact for parents of students in his year group. Mr Roberts can be contacted on [email protected]
Mrs K Davies – Pastoral Manager for Year 9– Based Church Chare, Mrs Davies will support Year 9 students throughout the year. Her focus is on making sure Year 9 students are happy in school, are attending and behaving well and giving any support they may need as they navigate through Year 9. Mrs H Morran – Pastoral Manager for Year 10– Based Church Chare, Mrs Morran will support Year 10 students throughout the year. Ms J Thoms- Attendance Manager for Years 9-11- Ms Thoms is responsible for attendance of all students at Church Chare. She promotes good attendance and should be informed of any absence from school in advance. She can be contacted on [email protected]
